OCALA, FL (352today.com) -A new venue is coming to World Equestrian Center (WEC), and it’s set to raise the bar for dining and events in Marion County.

The Equestrian Manor, formerly referred to as the Event Center at WEC, will officially open this fall as a state-of-the-art meeting and dining destination. You can expect more than just event space as it will feature four restaurants, two of which will offer rooftop dining with panoramic views of WEC’s 2,000-acre resort.

Among the restaurant lineup is The Polo Pony, serving American comfort food with flair, and a second location for Emma’s Patisserie, offering handcrafted chocolates, gelato, and European-style coffee.

For an upscale night out, guests can head to Genievieve’s for rich Italian fare or to The White Willow for a rooftop experience blending sushi, Yakitori, and sake cocktails in a Zen-like setting.

“The new restaurants at The Equestrian Manor will be a testament to the world-class culinary programming we offer at WEC,” said Jeremy Gow, Senior Director of Food & Beverage.

The Manor opens in fall 2025, with event reservations available now. Visit wec.net to learn more or submit an event proposal.
