OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The Ocala Metro Chamber and Economic Partnership (CEP) has been recognized as a finalist for the 2025 Chamber of the Year by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, placing it among the top chambers in the nation.
While the CEP did not take home the top prize, Interim CEO Tamara Fleischhaker said the recognition is an honor that reflects the organization’s ongoing impact.
“This distinction is a testament to the strength of our business community, the dedication of our team, and the bold, collaborative work happening across the Ocala Metro to create a more prosperous future,” Fleischhaker said.
Community members gathered in Ocala to celebrate the achievement during a local watch party, applauding the CEP team’s continued efforts to support regional economic growth.
The organization says it remains committed to serving as a catalyst for a prosperous community.
