OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The World Equestrian Center in Ocala has officially opened The Equestrian Manor, a new four-story venue adding more than 300,000 square feet of hospitality and event space while significantly expanding the area’s dining options.
The debut comes after WEC was named one of TIME Magazine’s World’s Greatest Places in 2024. The Equestrian Manor introduces four new chef-driven restaurants, including two rooftop dining concepts, bringing the total number of dining venues on the property to 13.
New restaurants currently open include The Polo Pony, an elevated American tavern, and a second, expanded location of Emma’s Patisserie, known for its European-inspired pastries and confections. Two additional rooftop venues are set to open in the coming weeks: Genievieve’s, and Italian restaurant, and The White Willow, a pan-Asian restaurant and bar offering panoramic views of the resort.
Designed for both local residents and visitors, The Equestrian Manor features grand ballrooms, indoor-outdoor gathering spaces and scenic terraces intended to serve as a hub for dining, celebrations and community events. Several dining venues also offer private dining rooms for receptions, tastings and smaller gatherings.
“Our culinary program at The Equestrian Manor is designed to be a central part of the group experience, offering interactive and immersive dining opportunities that go beyond a traditional meal,” said Jeremy Gow, senior director of food and beverage for WEC. “We are creating experiences that engage guests, elevate events and make every gathering memorable.”
All restaurants within The Equestrian Manor will be open to guests, with flexible group buyout options available. Additional details will be released as the rooftop venues near their opening dates. The Ocala property continues to expand as a growing culinary, lifestyle and event destination.
