BELLEVIEW, FL (352today.com) – The Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) has identified the victim who was killed in an early morning shooting on Monday.
Deputies responded to the shooting at around 12:25 a.m. in the area near SE 128th St. and SE 107th Ct.
When they arrived, deputies say they found a male victim who was suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim has been identified as 33-year-old Tevin Edward Hargrove.
Deputies on-scene attempted first aid before Marion County Fire Rescue arrived and took Hargrove to the nearest hospital.
Authorities say Hargrove later died from his injuries.
MCSO Major Crimes detectives are continuing to investigate what they believe is a homicide.
