OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The Marion County Board of County Commissioners and Sheltering Hands, Inc. are teaming up to present the P.A.W. Chili Challenge & Hub-Cat Car Show, an exciting community event focused on animal welfare.

This free, family-friendly event will take place on Jan. 11, 2025, starting at 9 a.m. at the McPherson Government Campus, 601 S.E. 25th Ave., Ocala.

The car show welcomes all makes and models of automobiles, with trophies awarded in categories like Best in Show, People’s Choice, and Best Theme. Registration for participants is $20 per vehicle, and all proceeds will support feline wellness in the community. Judging begins at 11 a.m., with winners announced at 2:30 p.m.

Guests can enjoy raffles, face painting, and the highly anticipated chili tasting starting at noon. Tasting passes are $8 and can be purchased at the event or in advance at ShelteringHands.org/pawshow.
