OCALA, FL (352today.com) – It’s primary election day across the Sunshine State. Thousands of Floridians are doing their civic duty and exercising their right to vote until 7 p.m. today.

Due to early voting and vote-by-mail, anyone voting in-person today is not likely to have to wait at their polling location.

“As the saying goes, ‘Easy Peasy!'” said Marion County voter Erika Corley who shared her voting photo with us on Facebook. She cast her ballot at the Reilly Arts Center. “Friendly poll volunteers and ‘traffic’ was in and out.”

As of Monday, the Florida Division of Elections says nearly two million voters had already cast ballots. The majority of those were vote by mail (1,328,116).
