MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – Meet Chevelle, a curious and energetic three-year-old female lowrider available for adoption right now at The Humane Society of Marion County.
Chevelle came to HSMC about two months ago as a stray who’d clearly given birth to a litter previously. Opinions vary on exactly what kind of mix she might be, though she definitely resembles a brindle blend of bully and basset. She’s more interested in exploring her surroundings, loving on new human friends and getting treats than in playing tug-of-war. She’s also a little too interested in exploring new feline roommates, so a cat-free residence is probably in everyone’s best interest.

She knows how to sit, and could still use a little patience, training and time, but she’s a willing, attentive student who just wants to please (and, again, earn some treats in the bargain).
If you’d like to see if this loving little girl is a good fit for your family, give The Humane Society of Marion County a call at 352-873-7387 to arrange a meet-and-greet today!
