OCALA, FL (352today) – A South American native, the Capybara is loved by many for its petite size and adorable characteristics. This week’s pup shares these same qualities and has a name that pays homage to the beloved animal.
Meet Cappy, a one-year-old brindle pup who excitedly awaits her forever home at Marion County Animal Services. This sweet pup arrived to the shelter after a kind citizen found her alone as a stray and brought her to MCAS.
With the kindest eyes that can melt any heart and a joyful demeanor, Cappy can light up any room as fast as the speed of light. Cappy loves to cuddle, play, and sit for treats. She also has a great amount of puppy energy so her ideal family would be one that would be active and take her on many adventures.

Those interested in adopting Cappy can visit Marion County Animal Services at 6405 W. HWY 40, Ocala. Interested parties can also call 352-671-8700. Follow MCAS on Facebook for information, updates, and more.
