OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Meet Nellie, the cutest little mutt who’s blue, but not, you know, “blue.”
She’s a two-year-old presumable pittie/staffy mix, but smaller and lighter than both those breeds, coming in at right around 30 pounds. She’s done growing, but she’s definitely still got a youthful curiosity. During her visit to the office with some of the fine folks from Marion County Animal Services, Nellie was quite friendly, if reserved, for the first few minutes, but once she got comfortable, she wanted to explore every nook and cranny and check out every toy.
She came to MCAS as a stray two months ago, but she’s got the quiet confidence of a family pet. She’s been very good in play group, knows how to sit, and will do just about anything for a treat.
