OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Lace up your sneakers for a good cause! RE/MAX Premier Realty is hosting its 3rd Annual 5K Walk/Run on Saturday, May 31, at Baseline Road Trailhead Park in Ocala. The fundraiser supports Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital, with 100% of proceeds going directly toward life-saving pediatric care and research.
Open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, this family-friendly event kicks off at 8 a.m. with packet pickup beginning at 7 a.m. on race day. Registration is required through RunSignup, and while shirts are included, late registrants after May 23 may receive a shirt from a previous year’s design. Medals are guaranteed for the first 100 finishers, and awards will be given to the top 10 overall.
