OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The City of Ocala’s Cultural Arts Division has announced the winners of the second annual OTrak Chalk Walk Competition, held at Tuscawilla Art Park on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2025.
The event, which celebrated creativity and artistry, was proudly sponsored by Fun 4 Ocala Kids.
2025 OTrak Chalk Walk Competition Winners:
- Best in Show: Justin Alsedek, who was awarded a $1,000 cash prize.
- Second Place: Brian Morris, who received a $500 cash prize.
- People’s Choice: Laura Thomas, honored with a $250 cash prize.
In addition to these prizes, the Student Competition winners were recognized for their outstanding work:
- Best in Show: Charlotte Reed, who received a $500 cash prize.
- People’s Choice: Talia Martin, awarded a $100 cash prize.
Both Reed and Martin also received a one-year membership to the Marion Cultural Alliance and the Appleton Museum of Art, donated by the respective organizations.
