There is no short supply of decorations locals can get in Ocala with stores beginning to sell their seasonal items for fall. Whether looking for new decorations to add to old collections or wanting a brand new look for a vibrant yard, these are some of the places locals can get fun fall décor.
Hobby Lobby
Hobby Lobby is a crafts store with a variety of items for artsy visions for clothing, woodworking, home supplies and more. However, for this season, they came out with a plethora of decorations for the season with fake fall-colored leaves, pumpkins, scarecrows, accessories, candles, items for fall crafts, table and kitchen decorations and more. For those looking to get an early start on Thanksgiving and Christmas, they also have Thanksgiving party supplies and plenty of Christmas decorations on display.

Walmart
Walmart is a go-to place with everything from groceries, medicine and clothing to camping, outdoor care and electronic supplies. Now, Walmart is another go-to place for fall and Halloween decorations, throw pillows, blankets, plushies, candy and buckets for trick or treater’s delights with costumes, t-shirts, pajamas, and other clothing available. They also sell kitchen items for fall food crafts and baking.
There are five Walmart Supercenters to get into the holiday spirit. The first two lie just off SR 200 with one at 9570 SW State Rd 200, Ocala, FL 34481 and another at 2600 SW 19th Avenue Rd, Ocala, FL 34471. For those further West, there are two locations with one in Dunnellon at 11012 N Williams St, Dunnellon, FL 34432 and another in Leesburg at 2501 Citrus Blvd, Leesburg, FL 34748. Further South is a supercenter at 1936 N Lecanto Hwy, Lecanto, FL 34461.
Sams Club
Sams Club is a retail store known for their bulk items from food to clothes to electronics and furniture. For anyone with a Sams Club membership, it’s the perfect place to begin Halloween shopping in bulk. They offer large containers of Halloween candy, costumes, large animatronics, spooky pajamas and shirts, books, DIY Halloween baskets, throw pillows, indoor decorations and enough outdoor decorations to keep yards festive and eerie.

Home Depot
Home Depot is a home improvement store with materials for construction, renovations and appliances. During fall, they also get into the spirit of the season selling outdoor decorations with large animatronics and ground decorations. They offer home brew unique décor with graves, bones, dragons, dogs and more as well as classics of iconic horror characters such as Frankenstein, the Bride of Frankenstein, witches, scarecrows, leprechauns and more. Some of their licensed items include Chucky, Tiffany, Jack Skellington, Sally, the Evil Queen and some kid friendly ones such as Stitch, Bluey and the minions.

Lowes Home Improvement
Lowes Home Improvement is a retail store that offers a variety of construction and renovation materials for home improvement. For those looking for fall home improvements and decorations, Lowes has it all. They sell fall cleanup items such as leaf blowers and rakes to help with leaf cleanup and other items for keeping plants safe as the colder days approach. They also sell fall-themed items with pumpkins, gnomes, candles and other indoor décor as well as Halloween decorations with animatronics, blowups, costumes, fog machines, lights, wreaths and other indoor decorations.

Spirit Halloween
Spirit Halloween is a seasonal Halloween-themed store that rents out locations that are not in use for the fall season to sell Halloween items. Spirit sells large and small animatronics, inflatable decorations and costumes, a large variety of costumes, indoor decorations, outdoor ground decorations, specific makeup for costumes, horror icon collectibles, cups, Halloween-themed clothes and more.
This is the first year in Ocala that Spirit Halloween has taken over two locations with one at the former Joanne Fabrics shop at 2606 SW College Rd #1B, Ocala, FL 34471 and one at 2637 E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL 34470.
