OCALA, FL (352today.com) – A low-pressure system may form near the southeastern U.S. coast this weekend, according to the National Hurricane Center. While the chance of it becoming a tropical depression is still only 40% over the next week, the system could bring heavy rain to West-Central Florida, including Marion County.
Forecasters say development is slow and conditions aren’t ideal, but you should still be prepared for possible downpours, especially Sunday into early next week.
