Ocala police chief Mike Balken updated the community on the arrest of 39-year-old Albert Shell Jr. and vows to do everything possible to make sure Shell spends the rest of his life behind bars.

OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The Ocala Police Department held a news conference regarding the arrest of the man wanted in connection with the shooting at Paddock Mall two days before Christmas.

OPD says officers arrested 39-year-old Albert Shell Jr. just before 2 a.m. this morning.
