Homestead Haunt Kid’s Maze: This daylight maze will get kids in the spooky season spirit without any of the scares. You can visit Homestead Park on Friday, September 19 or Saturday, September 20 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The full haunted maze that includes all scares will start at 8 p.m. each night. Tickets are $5 for the kids maze and $20 for the haunted maze. Cornhole, axe throwing, tiny golf, food, and more will be on site as well. The maze is located at 1050 NE 6th Boulevard in Williston.

Date Night at the Discovery Center: Join other couples for an Autumn Astronomy date night that’s out of this world. Light refreshments and activities will kick off the start of fall starting at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, September 20. The event is 18+ and tickets are $30 per couple. The Discovery Center’s address is 701 NE Sanchez Ave. in Ocala.

Ocala Comic Con: Ocala’s largest convention is returning September 21-22. The show will start at 10 a.m. both days and will end at 6 p.m. on Saturday and 5 p.m. on Sunday. The weekend will be full of comic books, cosplay contests, celebrity guests, and more. Tickets are $40 for Saturday, $35 for Sunday, or $60 for the weekend. Children 10 and under are free. The convention is held at Expo Center 1 at the World Equestrian Center. The address is 1284 NW 87th Court Road in Ocala.

Girls in Aviation Day: This free aviation-themed event is dedicated to honoring and inspiring women in the field, whether you’re an aspiring aviator or a seasoned pilot. The celebration will include special guests from Chopper Cops and The Thunderbirds, flight simulators, interactive exhibits, discovery flights, and more. The family-friendly festivities go from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 21 at the Ocala Airport Main Terminal, located at 1770 SW 60th Ave. in Ocala.

LANCO Live at the Farm: Amber Brooke Farms is kicking off their annual fall festival with this concert on Saturday, September 21. Doors open at 5 p.m. and local singer Noah Hunton will open the show at 6:30. LANCO will begin their performance at 8. Blankets and chairs are welcome. Tickets start at $29.95, and the farm is located at 3250 140th Ave. in Williston.
