City of Wildwood Winterfest: Wildwood is celebrating its annual tree lighting ceremony on Friday, December 6 with a parade, music, vendors, food, a toy giveaway, and more. The parade starts at 6 p.m. and the tree lighting will take place at 7:30 p.m. This free event takes place at Wildwood City Hall, located at 100 N. Main Street in Wildwood.

The Villages Tree Lighting Festival: Get into the festive spirit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a Christmas parade and Silver Rockettes performances, food trucks, and more this Friday, December 6. The parade will kick off the festivities at 3 p.m., with entertainment following until the grand tree lighting at 8 p.m. This event is free and is held at Spanish Springs Town Square in The Villages.

Symphony Under the Lights: Get into the holiday spirit with festive music under the oaks of Tuscawilla Park on Friday, December 6 at 7:30 p.m. This is a free concert by the Ocala Symphony Orchestra- just make sure to bring a blanket or chair. The address is 829 NE Sanchez Avenue in Ocala.

Lady Lake Christmas Parade: The Town of Lady Lake’s Christmas parade will bring beloved holiday tales to life with festive floats and cheerful music on Saturday, December 7 from 10 a.m. to noon. This annual tradition is free to watch and will take place down Old Dixie Highway in Lady Lake.

Light Up Lake Lillian: Light up your weekend at this annual tradition on Saturday, December 7. Enjoy food trucks, bounce houses, cookie decorating, shopping, face painting, and more all starting at 2 p.m., leading up to Lake Lillian’s first lighting of the season at nightfall. Admission is free. Lake Lillian is located on SE Robinson Road in Belleview.

Williston Winter Wonderland: The entire family will enjoy a fun night out with live animals, hot chocolate & cider, foam “snow,” activities, and more on Saturday, December 7. The evening starts with a parade a 6 p.m., with winter wonderland activities following from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The event is free and is held at Heritage Park, located at NW 1st Avenue in Williston.
