OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The World Equestrian Center (WEC) in Ocala is known locally for its charm, service and amenities – especially by those in the equestrian sport circles. And, now WEC has a distinctive honor to validate it to a global audience.

WEC has been selected by TIME Magazine as one of the “World’s Greatest Places of 2024: 100 extraordinary destinations to explore.”

The sprawling 378-acre campus in North Central Florida’s rolling horse country is one of only 50 hotels and resorts to make the list – shining a powerful spotlight on Ocala and Marion County.
