Someone hit and killed a 42-year-old man from Old Town who was walking on Northeast 316th Avenue near the
area of Northeast 497th Street in Dixie County.
26-year-old Rasheem Edwards died from the shooting. The video reveals how the incident unfolded after the deputy pulled Edwards over because the motorcycle he was driving was not street legal in Florida.
The Florida Highway Patrol says the criminal uses a device to puncture tires on big rig trucks parked along entrance/exit ramps on Interstates 75 and 10 in Columbia County.
25-year-old Theriyus Leequina Banks, the final defendant in a 2022 case, has accepted a plea deal and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Banks joins three others serving sentences ranging from 10 to 15 years.

According to jail records, Prouty faces several charges and is being held at the Marion County Jail without a bond.

Deputies say Rudolph Holton fired three shots, striking the victim once. The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
