8th grade student arrested in connection with bomb threats that shutdown two Alachua County schools on Monday | PHOTOS

ACSO has arrested and charged a 13-year-old female student from KMS in connection with the bomb threats. According to the state Department of Education, bomb threats are felony offenses and require expulsion for at least one year and referral for prosecution.
