Marion County Sheriff: “Moron” who stole deputy’s SUV causing deadly wreck should have been behind bars

During a news conference, Marion County Sheriff Billy Woods showed body cam footage of 33-year-old Kendra Boone stealing the deputy’s SUV. Woods emphatically told reporters the deputy did nothing wrong.
