Troopers need help solving a hit-and-run that left a bicyclist critically injured

Investigators found a piece of a front headlight assembly, possibly from a white vehicle consistent with a Kia Soul between model year 2014 to 2018. The vehicle should have damage to the front right side. If you have information, call CRIMELINE at 1-800-423-TIPS.
