“I just knew he was up to no good,” said 37-year-old Shane Spicer about seeing a man running toward the Starbucks drive-thru. Moments later Spicer stopped the man from carjacking the driver in front of him. Turns out, the stranger he helped was six months pregnant.
CCSO says 57-year-old Paul Vincent Noeller poured gasoline around the home and yard, lit it on fire and shot at first responders as they tried to put the fire out.
