“The Premier Portable Building of Ocala shed will be an 8×12 Utility Style shed, color will be decided by the winner from the Premier Portable Buildings Color Selection Chart. Anchors will be included. The winner must have the property ready for delivery. If the winner has a fence, they are responsible for removing fence posts in order for the building to be delivered. We provide 4×6 pressure-treated wood blocks if needed for set-up. Winner must be in a 50-mile radius Of Premier Portable Buildings of Ocala.
From 8/17/2024 at 12:00am to 9/22/2024 at 11:59pm, people may enter the “He Shed She Shed” sweepstakes once per day during the contest duration for the chance to win the prize. To enter, visit either www.windfm.com/contests, 937kcountry.com/contests, or 352today.com/contests and follow the “He Shed She Shed” contest page instructions.

Prize is retailed at $4,000.
The shed provider will deliver the shed as long as the winner’s home is within a 50-mile radius of Premier Portable Buildings of Ocala. The winner must have the property ready for delivery. If the winner has a fence, they are responsible for removing fence posts in order for the building to be delivered.
Participants, upon completion of the contest entry form, will be presented with options enabling them to earn bonus entries through specified actions detailed at the end of the contest entry form.
Liking a Facebook page or sharing the post presented at the end of the contest entry form is not incentivized and listeners will not receive bonus entries for either action. Bonus entries will be issued to a participant exclusively when another person enters the contest through the shared Facebook link provided at the end of the contest entry form.
On Saturday, 8/17/2023, listeners can go to the North Central Florida Outdoor Expo from 9 am-4 pm in Expo Center 2 at the World Equestrian Center, check in to the event on the contest form, and receive 100 bonus entries into the contest. Listeners will be required to be within 10560 feet of Expo Center 2 to check into the event. Payment for event/venue entry is not required to receive bonus entries.
On the contest entry form, listeners can mark ‘I’m here’ and the entry form will geo-locate where the user’s phone is. The user’s phone must be within 10,560 feet of Expo Center 2 at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala in order to receive the bonus entries.
On Monday, 9/23/2024, a winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries, announced, contacted by phone, and awarded the prize.
We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning. Prize is not eligible for mailing and must be picked up at the North Central Florida Media Ocala Office.
This contest is being run concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations in Ocala/Gainesville, Florida, associated with North Central Florida Media Group. Listeners of each station will be competing against each other for the same prize. One prize will be awarded between all who register through each of the websites: 352today, WOGK-FM, and WYND-FM.
One entry per person, per day. Submitting more than the allowed entries will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.
North Central Florida Media contests are open to all eligible Florida residents 18 or older have not won anything on the applicable site they have entered from in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of North Central Florida Media Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communications within a one-hundred-mile radius of North Central Florida Media’s main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate families include the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals from whom the employee is current legal guardian.
All decisions of North Central Florida Media are final and shall be binding in all respects. Entry into this contest constitutes permission to use the name or likeness of each prize winner for advertising, trade, and publicity purposes without prior approval and without additional compensation.
No purchase necessary. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winners will be responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes. North Central Florida Media’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. North Central Florida Media will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prize.
