LEVY COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – The Levy County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) has locked up 34-year-old Chuckey Lee Rogers, Jr. concerning child pornography charges.
LCSO says the original arrest occurred nearly a year ago, on Oct. 17, 2023, after the department received a cyber-tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children.

Detectives with LCSO say they partnered with the North Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) and the Department of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) for the case.
According to LCSO, a total of 561 child pornography photographs and videos described as “graphic” were found on “various” digital devices in Rogers’ possession.
The involvement of the Department of HSI resulted in the indictment of Rogers in Federal Court, where he accepted a plea offer on September 23, 2024. LCSO says the offer includes a prison sentence of 10 years followed by lifetime sex offender supervision.
