OCALA FL. (352Today) – Meet Fisher, a playful and relaxed gentlemen waiting for his forever home at the Humane Society of Marion County. This fully grown, 40-pound pup, has big dog energy perfectly packaged in his medium size.
Fisher is a 3-year-old, mixed breed who was found as a stray and brought to the Humane Society of Marion County not too long ago. Although not much is known about him, the HSMC staff believe he best resembles a beagle mix. His soft fur is a red brown mix with white patches on his chest and face. His sweet demeanor is best shown in his expressive facial expressions and his cute scrunchy face.
Fisher embraces new faces with an open heart and loving curiosity. When presented with the choice of toys and cuddles, he happily chose the latter. He plays and eats treats in a very gentle manner. Fisher has a calm presence and speaks volumes with his meaningful eye contact.
Fisher expressed no trust issues and gets along with anyone. He is good with dogs, cats, and would do great in a home with kids. Fisher is the perfect package and he’s sure to make himself at home. All he asks is for lots of pets and plenty of belly rubs!
Visit Fisher at Humane Society of Marion County and make him part of your family forever. Located at 701 NW 14th Road in Ocala, you can see Fisher and all their adoptable pets from Monday to Saturday, 10am-6pm.
