MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – The Florida Highway Patrol announced a single-vehicle fatality which occurred around 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025 on State Road 19 near County Road 314 in northeast Marion County.
According to the FHP report, a yellow Jeep Wrangler was traveling southbound on SR 19 when it left the roadway approximately three miles south of CR 314 and overturned. The 44-year-old driver, the only occupant of the vehicle, was ejected from the vehicle.
The driver was transported to the Ocala Regional Medical Center, where he was later pronounced deceased.
