OCALA, FL (352Today.com) – The Marion County Sheriff’s Office has responded to a report of a deceased person discovered near U.S. Route 27 just west of I-75.
According to the MCSO, they received a 911 call on the afternoon of Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, regarding the presence of an unresponsive person lying near the side of the road. Authorities, including Fire and Rescue, responded to the location, where an individual was indeed pronounced dead at the scene.
Details on the cause of death, said a representative from the MCSO, though there are no signs that the person’s death was the result of “an act of violence.”
