LAKE COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – The traffic signal installed at the intersection of U.S. 27 and Wilson Lake Parkway in Groveland by the Florida Department of Transportation back in November is now fully operational, according to an announcement by the FDOT.
The signal was activated on Nov. 19, 2025 but remained in “flash mode,” with travelers on U.S. 27 encountering a blinking yellow “caution” light and those on Wilson Lake Parkway faced with a blinking red “stop sign” light, until Thursday, Nov. 4, 2025, when it was fully implemented.
Motorists are encouraged to remain alert and reduce speed when approaching the intersection as drivers adjust to the new signal.
