OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Ocala-based OLA Drive-Thru Coffee closed one of its two locations on Friday.

The company abruptly shuttered its location at 920 N. Pine Ave., just outside of downtown Ocala, on Friday, Dec. 5, announcing the closure with a brief Facebook announcement that simply read, “Pine is permanently closed. Thank you everyone for your support. Maricamp will remain open during normal hours.”

OLA’s Pine Avenue location was its first, opening in June of 2023. The brand’s second–and now only–location, at 3233 SE Maricamp Road, opened a few months later.

Ocala’s drive-thru coffee scene has exploded since OLA opened the Pine Avenue shop, with brands like Ellianos, 7 Brew and Starbucks opening or currently working on multiple locations in the 352.
