Chicken Finger Phenom Raising Cane’s Announces Opening Date for First Ocala Location

First announced well over a year ago, the first Ocala Raising Cane's location will open on SR 200 on March 3, 2026.

OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The 352 has been waiting on this one for a while now.

The first location of national chicken finger chain Raising Cane’s, originally announced back in the fall of 2024, will open at 2410 SW College Rd. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

The 30-year-old beloved Louisiana-based chain originally announced back in October of 2025 that the location would officially be opening in early 2026, and it looks like they made the new year’s first quarter.

The brand is almost as well known for its Cane’s sauce as it is its chicken fingers, which are hand-battered and marinated for 24 hours before being cooked to order.
