OCALA, FL (352today.com) – It’s time once again for that tastiest of fundraising cook-offs, King of the Wing, presented by the Marion County Building Industry Association and benefiting The Arc of Marion County, which itself works to provide aid, support, education and opportunities to residents with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

You know the deal: Local restaurants, chefs, organizations and others vie for the annual title by putting their best foot, er, chicken wing forward, and attendees taste to decide the winner.

Your $25 ticket ($5 for kids 5-12) gets you a sampling of the competitors’ efforts, along with two beverages of your choice; the kids get a corn dog, one non-alcoholic drink and access to the Kids’ Zone. The main event runs from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, but there’s also a corresponding blood drive on-site from 3-9 p.m. Tickets and registration for the blood drive are both here.

The whole thing goes down at Ocala’s Southeastern Livestock Pavilion, 2232 NE Jacksonville Rd.

Who will get to wear the crown this year? You can help decide and support a worthwhile nonprofit while snacking on everybody’s favorite messy finger food at the same time.
