OCALA, FL. (352today) – Meet Cali, the sweetest pup in search for a forever home at Marion County Animal Services.

This pretty pup is a 5-year-old large Boston Terrier mix who was found as a stray back in January. When she arrived at MCAS, they found she had a microchip with the name Cali. Much like her name, Cali is as bright as the California sunshine.

Cali is an amazing pup companion; she is calm, cuddly, and loves treats. She was recently taken out by a volunteer to a farm, where she played well with all the animals she encountered. What’s even better about Cali is that she is helpful to other dogs. At the shelter, she has been a great help in introducing other pups to playgroups.

Cali is a wonderful pup who will adapt to any home and be a great addition to it. Those interested in Cali may visit Marion County Animal Services, located at 5701 SE 66th St., Ocala, or call 352-671-8700.

During March, if you wear green, your adoption is free! For updates on upcoming adoption events and how to adopt a new best friend, follow MCAS on Facebook.
