LADY LAKE, FL (352today.com) – Lady Lake’s only unsolved murder will be three years old tomorrow, but the town’s police force is still asking the public to help bring its perpetrator to justice.

Twenty-year-old Bryson “Swift” Leverette was killed, and another person was injured by gunfire outside a residence at 104 Caroline Ave. just after midnight on Friday, June 30, 2026. The investigation determined they were ambushed by multiple suspects as they left the home. The suspects then fled in unknown vehicles.

“Three years later, Bryson’s family is still waiting for answers,” said lead investigator Detective Ronnie Williams in a new statement. “Someone knows what happened that night, and we are asking them to come forward. Even the smallest piece of information could help bring justice to Bryson’s family.”
