OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Back in August, we let you know that a company called JLC AirShow Management was putting together an air show to be held at Ocala International Airport April 30-May 2, 2027, and that they were touting the Blue Angels as potential headliners.

Well, the company put out an update via press release this morning confirming that the United States Navy’s premier flight demonstration squadron will indeed be performing their trademark synchronized aerial acrobatics at Wings Over Ocala Florida.

But Wait, There’s More

The announcement went on to name several other confirmed attractions for the show:

  • Four-ship F-15 Eagle Demo
  • Parachute Jump Team
  • Bill Braack piloting the 400-mph Smoke-n-Thunder Jet Car
  • Redline Airshows acrobatic team
  • Bob Carlton piloting a twin-jet sailplane
  • The Outlaw Jet Team
  • Vintage aircraft and warbird demonstrations

JLC promises many more events and attractions, as well.

“JLC AirShow Management couldn’t be more excited to partner with the Ocala/Marion County Visitors and Convention Bureau and Ocala International Airport to host an action-packed weekend of world-class aviation performances featuring the U.S. Navy Blue Angels,” said JLC AirShow Management President John Cowman in the announcement. “After four years of planning, these organizations have been exceptional in working with my team to develop an air show weekend like the Ocala area has never seen. We’re very thankful for the support of the Ocala International Airport and our Title Sponsor, the Ocala/Marion County Visitors and Convention Bureau.”

Vendor and exhibitor applications are still being taken, and tickets and parking passes are on sale at the Wings Over Ocala website linked above.
