OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Interfaith Emergency Services is an incredibly active and committed Ocala nonprofit that’s dedicated to providing resources to at-risk members of the community in urgent need, including food and shelter.
One of IES’s biggest and most critical services is its Homeless Shelter Program for women, children and families in need, and every year, the organization’s Ladies High Tea fundraiser helps keep that aid coming. The Ladies High Tea is generally held in the spring—for instance, the next one is scheduled for March 6, 2026—but this weekend IES is hosting a Launch Party to help raise awareness and participation, as well as letting participants know what to expect.
What to expect
- Preview sample table settings and get inspiration for the March event
- An overview of the digital Hostess Toolkit & easy fundraising tools
- Time to mingle, network, and lock in your table early
Those interested in becoming table hosts for the big spring event will get invaluable information at the Launch Party, as well as an opportunity to lock in a preferred table spot in the venue and to benefit from social media and other advance coverage of the event.
The Ladies High Tea Launch Party takes place Monday, November 9, 2026, from 5:50-7 p.m. at the Ocala UF Extension Auditorium, 2232 NE Jacksonville Rd., Ocala.
Interested parties can contact Sonya at 352-644-9202 for more info or to RSVP.
