BELLEVIEW, FL (352today.com) – Marion County Fire Rescue pulled one passenger from the remains of an SUV and treated others at the scene for injuries after a rollover crash in Belleview yesterday.
According to a MCFR statement on social media, crews from Station #18 responded to the scene of a rollover crash at the intersection of SE HWY 484 and SE 36th Ave. in Belleview at approximately 3:39 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
They observed a rolled-over SUV that had apparently collided with a van. Multiple individuals were injured, and one was trapped in the vehicle, which had come to rest on its side. Additional crews from Spruce Creek Station #30 and EMS Central arrived on scene and paramedics began administering medical care while firefighters stabilized the vehicle and began extricating the trapped passenger.
The passenger was freed just after 4 p.m. Three patients were transported to area hospitals, including one sent to a trauma center.
