LEVY COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – A 71-year-old man from Morriston died in a fiery single-vehicle accident along CR 326 in Levy County on Friday evening.
According to a report by the Florida Highway Patrol, the man was driving west on CR 326 in a pickup truck at approximately 8:10 p.m. on Friday, June 26, 2926, when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve to the north. The pickup left the road, went into the treeline and struck a tree, then burst into flame.
The driver, the sole occupant of the pickup, sustained fatal injuries as a result of the collision and fire.
