The 3rd Annual Ocala Health & Wellness Expo comes to World Equestrian Center Ocala’s Expo Center 1 for one day only on Saturday, October 24, 2026, and will feature all kinds of opportunities to discover and explore the latest in wellness products and services.
Sponsored by AdventHealth Ocala, this free event is more than just a trade show. Residents of North Central Florida and folks from afield can not only speak one-on-one with a wealth of health professionals, but also witness live demonstrations of new equipment and techniques, and receive free screenings.
“The Ocala Health & Wellness Expo brings health, medical and wellness professionals together under one roof, giving attendees an opportunity to learn about resources available in their own community, ask questions directly of professionals and discover new options for improving their physical and emotional well-being,” read the announcement, in part.
“Guests will be able to explore exhibitors representing a broad range of health and wellness specialties, including primary and preventive care, mental health, physical therapy, fitness and nutrition, weight management, skincare, holistic and alternative wellness, senior living and other health-related services.”
The expo isn’t focused primarily on one age group or demographic, either—it’s consciously conceived for adults of all ages, stages and levels of health and activity. The event runs from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Both parking and admission are free.
