OCALA, FL (352today.com) – Nacssa Garemore, the teen athlete from Ocala’s Forest High School who’s dominated much of the competition on Season 18 of “American Ninja Warrior,” finished in the top four on the show’s season finale.
Garemore, who has had the entire city rooting for him over multiple runs on multiple seasons and shows in the ANW universe, entered Season 18’s final episode, which aired Monday, August 31, 2026, as one of 16 finalists.
The young man survived the cut to become one of eight participants in the quarterfinals, then advanced to the semifinal round of 4 before being eliminated by Josiah Pippel, who went on to clinch the top spot for Season 18.
Their race through the “American Ninja Warrior” obstacle was fierce; Pippel scored the fastest course time of the whole program, and only pulled ahead in the final seconds of the race.
Garemore was born an orphan in West Africa before being adopted and brought to America at the age of five, and is a familiar face to fans of “American Ninja Warrior.” Season 18 was his fourth season on the show, and he made it to the final round in Season 17, as well.
