OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The Ocala Police Department (OPD) says that “there was no bomb and no reported injuries,” at the Walmart on Easy Street.
Ocala Fire Rescue (OFR) Public Information Officer Ashley Lopez shares that, “OFR responded and staged at 4:08 p.m. while law enforcement evacuated and searched the building. The store was closed, with all traffic into the parking lot blocked during that time. “
She adds that OFR units were released from the scene at 5:09 p.m.
OPD says that “detectives are investigating this incident.”
