OCALA, FL (352today.com) – This Wednesday will mark the 23rd remembrance of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on our country.

An event that 352today’s parent company, North Central Florida Media, and its sister radio stations, 93.7 K-Country and 92.5/95.5 Wind FM, participate in every year is Feeding the Fearless. This is a day where The Mr. Bob Morning Show from K-Country and Hunter and Dupree from Wind FM join others in the community to deliver lunch to and personally thank our first responders.
Feeding the Fearless was the brainchild of local restauranteur Rondo Fernandez who owns Mojo Grill & Catering in Ocala and Belleview.

Fernandez doesn’t just serve his community’s fearless once a year; he recognizes them and accepts donations to make this one-day event as successful as he can throughout the year.
“Giving back to our community is a part of who we are,” it states on Mojo’s website.
FROM THE ARCHIVES: Feeding the Fearless returns on 9/11
Looking ahead to Wednesday’s forecast, it may be a good idea for Feeding the Fearless volunteers to have some big golf umbrellas on standby with rain expected to start moving in during the beginning of the event. While participants may get a little soggy, their gratitude for those who protect, serve, and save lives will not go unnoticed.
