GAINESVILLE, FL (352today.com) – Santa Fe College will honor more than 1,600 graduates during spring and summer 2025 commencement ceremonies on Thursday, May 1, and Friday, May 2, at the Northwest Campus.
This year, 1,522 spring graduates will be awarded a total of 1,563 credentials, including Associate in Arts (A.A.), Associate in Science (A.S.), Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.), and Bachelor’s in Applied Science (B.A.S.) degrees, along with technical and career certificates. An additional 161 summer graduates are expected, primarily earning A.A. degrees.
Commencement activities begin with the Nurses Pinning Ceremony at 3 p.m. on Thursday. On Friday, the ceremony for B.A.S., A.S., A.A.S., and Certificate graduates begins at 3 p.m., followed by A.A. graduates at 7 p.m. All events will be held in the Santa Fe College Gymnasium.
Graduates received tickets for Friday’s ceremonies. Overflow seating without tickets is available at the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall, where the events will be livestreamed. No tickets are required for the Nurses Pinning.
