MARION COUNTY, FL (352Today.com) – Well, we didn’t all the weather craziness we were worried about Sunday afternoon, but that doesn’t mean the serious nighttime cold predicted for this week isn’t on its way.

According to the National Weather Service, days this week will be gusty and clear, and nights will be around freezing for the early part of the week, so be ready to blanket those horses and cover that tropical landscaping. The gusts will subside, and the mercury will begin to climb later in the week, but don’t expect any overnight temps to get back into the 50s before the weekend at least.
