MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – According to the National Weather Service, the last few nights of 2025 are going to be cold ones, with overnight temps dropping below freezing as Tuesday becomes Wednesday.

Daytime temps will start to climb into the 60s again on New Year’s Day, but nights will remain in the 40s as we head into the first weekend of 2026.

Tuesday, Dec. 30: Mostly sunny, with a high near 58. Northwest wind around 8 mph.
Tuesday night: Widespread frost after 1 a.m. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 29. Northwest wind around 6 mph.

Wednesday, Dec. 31: Widespread frost before 8 a.m. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 59.
Wednesday night: Clear, with a low around 34.

Thursday, Jan. 1: Sunny, with a high near 64.
Thursday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 40.
