GAINESVILLE, FL (352today.com) – DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go will celebrate the grand opening of its Gainesville location Feb. 19 across from the University of Florida’s Ben Hill Griffin Stadium–aka “The Swamp”–marking the brand’s first restaurant on a college campus.

The fast-casual concept, known for its fresh pasta and homemade sauces, will host a ceremonial “pasta cutting” at 11 a.m., followed by the official opening. The restaurant is located at 16 NW 18th St., Ste. 120.

The first 100 customers on opening day will receive a free pasta card valid for their next visit. The celebration will also include giveaways of complimentary tiramisu and bagged fresh pasta. Special guest “Tony Rigatoni” will appear for photo opportunities.

DalMoros offers a variety of fresh pastas and made-from-scratch sauces prepared to order and served in to-go boxes. The menu also features toppings, garlic breadsticks, meatballs, tiramisu, soft drinks and gluten-friendly options. Guests can watch fresh pasta being made throughout the day using the restaurant’s signature pasta machine. Third-party food delivery will be available in the coming weeks.

DalMoros currently operates Florida locations in St. Petersburg, Tampa, Delray Beach, Orlando and Gainesville. The U.S. franchise team is operated by the Caruso family.
