OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The Ocala Big Bloom Home & Garden Show will return this weekend, Friday-Sunday, April 24-26, 2026, taking place in Expo Center 2 at the World Equestrian Center, offering a weekend of gardening education, home improvement resources and family-friendly activities.
Organizers describe the event as a one-stop destination for home and outdoor projects, bringing together vendors, experts and hands-on learning experiences aimed at helping attendees turn ideas “from fantasy to reality.”
Admission and parking are free for all three days, courtesy of Spa Manufacturers. Show hours are noon to 6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Attendees can shop a wide selection of plants and gardening products, including roses, orchids, palms and tropical plants, along with home improvement services and outdoor living displays.
The event also features educational programming led by local experts and organizations, including the Marion County Rose Society and UF/IFAS-style Master Gardener volunteers. Topics include growing roses in Central Florida, soil health, composting, pollinator gardening, native wildflowers, backyard birds and sustainable landscaping practices.
Additional sessions cover hydroponics, lawn care, plant diagnostics and pest management, along with opportunities for attendees to ask gardening questions directly to Master Gardeners. Interactive programming includes flower-arranging workshops, fairy garden classes, cooking demonstrations, interior design consultations and plant clinics. Family-friendly offerings include hands-on children’s activities and pet adoption opportunities, organizers said.
In addition to gardening exhibits, the show highlights home improvement trends and services, featuring builders, remodelers, designers and outdoor living specialists.
Organizers say the event is designed to provide practical guidance, expert advice and inspiration for homeowners and gardeners at all experience levels.
