LAKE COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – The Lake County Animal Shelter is celebrating our nation’s 250th birthday all month long by offering residents the opportunity to give furry friends a forever home at a truly patriotic price.
Throughout the month of July, they’re knocking the adoption fees for all shelter animals down to just $2.50. You can’t put a price on the benefits of the unconditional love you receive from a shelter animal, but you can help clear out a shelter full of almost 450 animals, help make room for more animals in need, and give yourself a buddy for next to nothing this month.
All adoptions include:
- spay or neuter surgery
- initial vaccinations
- microchip
- personalized ID tag
