SUMMERFIELD, FL (352today.com) – Divine Concepts Freedom, “a newer nonprofit in Summerfield that provides mental health education through workshops on anxiety, processing your emotions, having healthy relationships, and toxic shame,” will be hosting an entertaining and informative event showcasing some of the region’s mental health resources on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2026.
The event, to be held at American Legion Post 347 in Lady Lake, will run from noon until 3 p.m. The day’s features include family-friendly games, a photo booth, kids’ zones, basket raffles and more. The day will also offer “mental health mini sessions” with Divine Concepts Freedom founder Diana Ries, LMHC, as well as information from representatives of many resources available throughout the 352 and beyond.

“We hope to make this an annual tradition that the community looks forward to,” said Divine Concepts Freedom Events Coordinator, Albrie Clark, RN, in a statement. “We bring awareness of the growing need for mental health services and education and possibly lower the barriers for those in our community that need help and don’t know where to look, can’t afford it, or feel so alone they don’t think they want the help.”
There is no entry cost to attend “Freedom, Healing & Hope Community Day.”
