WILLISTON, FL (352today.com) – Ellianos Coffee has announced plans to open its newest location in Williston on June 24, 2026, marking the company’s latest expansion in North Central Florida.
The new drive-thru coffee shop, located at 13 W. Noble Ave., is nearing completion as crews finish construction and prepare for final inspections, permits and employee training ahead of opening day.
“The countdown is on,” Ellianos said in a social media announcement. “We can’t wait to welcome you, serve up your favorite drinks and become part of the community.”
The Williston location will feature Ellianos’ signature drive-thru format, offering coffee beverages, espresso drinks, smoothies, breakfast items and other menu selections. Founded in Lake City in 2002, Ellianos has expanded across Florida and the Southeast, with existing locations in nearby communities including Ocala, Dunnellon, Newberry and Gainesville.
Additional information regarding grand opening promotions and operating hours is expected to be announced closer to opening day.
