Forecasters warn that northwest winds of 10 to 15 mph, with gusts up to 30 mph, combined with low relative humidity as low as 27%, could create dangerous fire conditions.
Emergency officials urge residents to avoid outdoor burning and remain vigilant, as erratic fire behavior may limit containment efforts.
